Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the connections for the distributor motor and micro switch connectors — reconnect
- 2
2. Check whether the coil in distributor motor is conductive (remove connectors before measuring) — Normal: approximately 3.6-4.0k ohms
- 3
3. Check micro switch position sensing: conduction between brown wire and violet wire — Micro switch ON: SHORT, Micro switch OFF: OPEN. Use n5 Service test mode. Sign should alternate ON/OFF; NG if stuck in one state for 120 seconds
- 4
4. Adjust Cam Assembly and find the fault — replace Cam Assembly if faulty
- 5
5. Check whether half load is operating normally — check operation voltage: Normal 110-120V. Check distributor motor relay voltage between CN401 pin 3 (Brown) and CN101 pin 1 (White) — Normal: 110-120V while operating
- 6
6. Check the Power Relay
