How to Fix

  1. 1

Check the wall outlet with a meter at L1 and L2 — correct voltage is 208–240 Vac ±10%.

  2. 2

If outlet voltage is incorrect, have a licensed electrician inspect the circuit breaker and outlet wiring.

  3. 3

Check that the power cord is correctly connected to the terminal block: neutral (white) to center terminal, red to right terminal, black to left terminal, ground (green) to external ground screw for 4-wire; for 3-wire, neutral center wire to silver center screw.

  4. 4

Verify the neutral (white) wire of the power cord matches the center N terminal on the terminal block — a mis-wired cord can supply 240V directly to the PCB causing PS.

  5. 5

Check connector BK2 or WH2 (Black wire) to BL2 (White wire) at the controller — should read 110–125 Vac; if not, check power cord connection.

  6. 6

Inspect the strain relief and ensure all terminal block nuts are tight.

  7. 7

Reset the circuit breaker or replace the house fuse — do not increase fuse capacity.

  8. 8

If all wiring is correct and voltage is confirmed in range but PS persists, replace the main PCB.
