Door switch abnormal

How to Fix

1. 1

   Note: dE is only displayed during diagnostic test mode, not during normal operation.

   Disconnect power before measuring resistance.

3. 3

   With door closed: measure resistance between BL2-connector (White wire) and BK2-connector (Black wire) after removing BL2 and WH4 connectors from controller; expect less than 2500 Ω.

   If resistance is above 2500 Ω with door closed, check door switch continuity (COM to NO terminal should be less than 1 Ω).

   With door open: measure resistance between BL2 (White wire) and BK2 (Black wire); expect 300–600 Ω (lamp resistance in circuit); if out of range, check lamp and door switch.

   With door open: measure resistance between WH4 (Yellow wire) and BL2 (White wire); should be less than 1 Ω.

   With door closed: measure resistance between WH4 (Yellow wire) and BL2 (White wire); should be less than 1 Ω.

   If all wiring checks pass, check and replace controller.

   Check harness-linking connector.
