Door is open or door switch fault detected during operation

How to Fix

1. 1

   Close the dryer door firmly.

   If error persists with door closed: disconnect the WH1 and BL3 connectors from the main PCB.

3. 3

   Measure resistance between NA6-pin (GN) and chassis ground screw — must be less than 1Ω.

   Disconnect BL2 and WH4 connectors from the main PCB.

   Measure resistance between BL2-(WH) and WH4-(YL): must be less than 1Ω with door closed and open circuit (∞Ω) with door open.

   If these readings are abnormal: check door switch wiring harness for damage.

   If readings are correct but error persists: check door switch COM-NC terminals (1-3) with door open — must be less than 1Ω; COM-NO terminals (1-2) must be open.

   With door closed: COM-NC (1-3) must be open, COM-NO (1-2) must be less than 1Ω.

   Replace door switch if readings are out of spec.
