Error Code IE
Inlet Error — machine does not reach normal water level within fill timeout
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Water supply tap is closed; Wiring connection to inlet valve or hall sensor disconnected; Inlet hose kinked; Water pressure too low (below 10 psi) or too high (above 120 psi); Inlet valve filter clogged with dirty water; Inlet valve faulty (resistance out of range 23-27 ohm); Air breaker impeller stuck; Hall sensor faulty (resistance should be 9 kΩ ±5%); Controller (main PCB) damaged
How to Fix
- 1
Open the water supply tap
- 2
Check and reconnect wiring at connectors NA8 and WH4 (water supplied, frequency not increasing path) or WH6 (water not supplied path)
- 3
Check if hall sensor resistance is 9 kΩ ±5%; replace if not
- 4
Check voltage between WH4 pin4 and NA8 pin1: should be 5V DC ±15%; replace main PCB if out of range
- 5
Check if inlet valve filter is clogged; close tap, unscrew inlet hose, clean filter
- 6
Check voltage between WH6 pin5-6: should be 8V DC ±15%; replace main PCB if out of range
- 7
Check inlet valve resistance: should be 23-27 ohm; replace valve if not
- 8
Replace air breaker if impeller not spinning
- 9
Replace main PCB assembly if all above checks pass
- 10
LQC Mode check: Press Power+Start, then Start 5 times to listen for water supply sound, then Power to turn off
