What This Means

Water supply tap is closed; Wiring connection issue at NA8 or WH4; Inlet hose kinked; Water pressure too low (below 20 psi) or too high (above 80 psi); Inlet valve filter clogged with dirty water; Inlet valve resistance out of range (should be 23-27 ohms); Wiring connection disconnected; Air breaker impeller stuck; Hall sensor out of range (should be 9 kohms +/- 5%); Controller damaged; Water supply line kinked under dishwasher during installation; House water supply not turned on

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Open the water supply tap

  2. 2

Check and reconnect wire at connectors NA8 and WH4

  5. 5

Clean the filter on inlet valve: close water tap, unscrew inlet hose, clean filter

  6. 6

Check electric resistance of inlet valve (23-27 ohms); replace if out of range

  7. 7

Check WH6 connector pin5-6 for 8V DC +/- 15%; replace main PCB if voltage OK but still failing

  8. 8

Replace air breaker if impeller does not spin

  9. 9

Check hall sensor resistance (9 kohms +/- 5%); replace hall sensor if out of range

  10. 10

Check voltage WH4 pin4 to NA8 pin1 (should be 5V DC +/- 15%); replace main PCB if voltage OK

  11. 11
