Filter assembly blocked; Drain hose kinked or blocked; Inner hole of drain case blocked; Air gap clogged; Knock-out plug of garbage disposal not removed; Washing motor locked or defective; Wiring connection disconnected at YL3; Impeller of drain motor stuck; Drain motor pump resistance out of range (should be 4-5 ohms); Outer drain hose kinked, blocked, or frozen; Controller damaged; Drain hose kinked during installation; Drain hose connected to disposal without removing knockout plug; Waste tee clogged

Clean the filter assembly

Remove the cause of kink or block in drain hose

Repair or replace drain motor if impeller is stuck

Clean the air gap

Remove knockout plug from garbage disposal or waste tee

Replace pump casing assembly if washing motor is locked or defective

Check and reconnect wire at YL3 connector

Check drain pump resistance (4-5 ohms); check YL3 pin1-2-3 voltage (12V AC +/- 15%)

Replace drain pump if resistance is out of range

Replace main PCB if all components check out

Feed drainage hose through hole under sink when sliding dishwasher in during installation
