Electric dryer power cord not connected correctly or house power supply is incorrect

How to Fix

1. 1

   Verify power cord wiring: Neutral (white) to center terminal block screw, Red and Black to left and right terminal block screws, Green ground to external ground screw.

   Check that Black, White, and Red wire connections are correct and not reversed.

3. 3

   Verify outlet voltage is 208–240VAC ±10% at L1 and L2.

4. 4

   Check if house fuse is blown or circuit breaker has tripped.

5. 5

   Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse — do not increase fuse capacity.

6. 6

   If circuit overload is present: have a qualified electrician correct it.

7. 7

   Ensure strain relief screw is tightened and all terminal block nuts are tight.
