Power supply wire connection wrong or loose (electric dryer)

How to Fix

1. 1

   Verify power cord wiring: Black wire to L1, White wire to Neutral (center), Red wire to L2.

   Check that all terminal block nuts are tight and power cord is in correct position.

3. 3

   Check voltage at outlet: should be 208–240VAC between L1 and L2.

4. 4

   Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse if blown; do not increase fuse capacity.

   If power supply is correct, check for loose or crossed connections at terminal block.

   Refer to Section 3-1 Connecting Electric Dryers for complete wiring instructions.

7. 7

   If connections are correct and error persists, replace the main PCB.
