How to Fix

1. 1

   Verify the door is fully closed and latched; open and firmly re-close the door

2. 2

   Check door switch connector at main PCB (refer to PCB layout page 54) — verify connector is fully seated

3. 3

   Inspect door switch and door hook for physical damage; test door switch resistance: COM-NC terminal should be < 10 Ω when door open; COM-NO terminal should be < 10 Ω when door closed (and vice versa)

4. 4

   Replace door switch if out of spec (R code: B130)

5. 5

   Replace door hook if damaged (R code: B103)

6. 6

   If switch and connector are good, replace main PCB (R code: A160)
