Drainage pump failure — water not draining properly

How to Fix

1. 1

   Check that drain hose is not twisted, kinked, or blocked

2. 2

   Check pump connector at main PCB — verify it is fully seated and not damaged

3. 3

   Check water level (sump) sensor connector — verify it is fully seated

4. 4

   Check hose connected to pump for blockage or clogging

5. 5

   In LQC test mode, press start button twice to activate pump test; pour water into dispenser hose until sump water level shows '1'; verify pump operates

6. 6

   Disassemble pump cover assembly (pages 65-66): remove foreign matter, check impeller for restriction; if pump is damaged, replace pump (R code: C251)

7. 7

   If pump and hoses are all clear, replace main PCB (R code: A160)
