How to Fix

Unplug the unit.

Check resistance of fan motor relay (RY61: 1st pin of CN62 and cathode of D503; RY62: 3rd pin of CN62 and cathode of D503). Normal = infinite; Abnormal = shorted. If shorted, replace Main PCB.

Disconnect the fan motor connector and measure fan motor resistance: Fan High = approximately 25 Ω ±10%; Fan Low = approximately 30 Ω ±10%. If infinite (open), replace the convection fan motor.

Check all connectors and harnesses associated with the convection fan for loose or disconnected connections. Reconnect any loose connector.

If connector was loose, reconnect and retest. If the same fault occurs after fixing connections, replace the Main PCB.

If fan motor relay and motor both test normal but connectors are secure, replace the Main PCB.
