What This Means
Stuck or jammed key on the control panel; Spilled liquid bridging key contacts; Failed Tact & Display PCB; Loose or defective CN20 connector between Main PCB and Display PCB
How to Fix

Unplug the unit.

Check if beep sounds when power is restored. If no beep, replace the Main PCB.

Check CN20 connector on both the Main PCB and the Display PCB. Reconnect or adjust if loose.

If connection is good and beep is present but F3 persists, replace the Tact & Display PCB.
