Error Code F6
Oven Hot — Oven temperature exceeded 650°F continuously for 2 minutes during cooking (not self-clean)
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Relay on Main PCB stuck closed (heater relay shorted/welded); Defective oven sensor sending incorrect temperature reading
How to Fix
- 1
Unplug the unit.
- 2
Check the DLB relay on the Main PCB for damage. Measure resistance — normal: continuity; abnormal: infinite (open). If relay is shorted/welded (always closed), replace the Main PCB.
- 3
Check thermistor resistance at CN10 pins 1 and 2. Normal: 0.6–1K ohm at 25°C. If out of range, replace the thermistor.
- 4
If relay and sensor check out, replace the Main PCB.
- 5
Note: Check all heater relay TAB01–TAB06 for open/short condition.
