How to Fix

Check if Control Lock is inadvertently active; press and hold Control Lock key for 3 seconds to deactivate.

Inspect the control panel glass touch surface for debris, moisture, or damage that could be holding a key input active.

Check for mechanical malfunction or stuck key on control panel.

If mechanical issue found, replace the control panel / touch film (P/N: MFM64499201 or MFM64236702).

If control panel is normal, replace the Main PCB (P/N: EBR32028304).

Opened Sensor — Oven sensor (thermistor) remains open for over 1 minute during cooking
Oven Hot — Oven temperature exceeds 650°F continuously for 2 minutes during cooking (excluding self-clean)
Shorted Sensor — Oven sensor (thermistor) is shorted for over 1 minute during cooking
Convection Fan Error — Convection fan operation cannot be detected for over 1 minute when the convection fan should be operating
