How to Fix
- 1
Unplug the unit.
- 2
Check all connectors on the Relay PCB and electric wiring connections for the bake and convection circuits. If loose or disconnected, reconnect or fix harness.
- 3
Measure resistance of each igniter after cooling to room temperature. Bake igniter normal range: 45 Ω – 400 Ω; convection igniter normal: 50 Ω – 500 Ω. If abnormal (open or short), replace the failed igniter.
- 4
Measure thermistor resistance at pins 5 and 6 of CN6 on Main PCB. Normal = approximately 1.09 kΩ at 25°C. If abnormal, replace the thermistor.
- 5
Enter test mode (press any button with Mode knob in Off, press '4'+'6' for 1 second, press '4'+'6' again for 1 second). Select 'tO' by pressing 0, then START to cycle through relay sequence. Verify bake and convection relays are activating.
- 6
If relays are not activating correctly, replace the Relay PCB (P/N: EBR31737804).
- 7
If problem persists after replacing Relay PCB, replace the Main PCB (P/N: EBR32028304).
- 8
Also verify the oven gas shut-off valve is fully open and gas supply is present.
