How to Fix

OPEN: Check if TH02T and TH03T resistance is normal (10 kΩ to 20 kΩ); if abnormal (open), replace the PCB

SHORT: Check TH02T and TH03T: normal 10 kΩ-20 kΩ; abnormal open >20 kΩ or short <1Ω; if abnormal, replace the PCB
