Error Code F10
Upper oven door lock failure — door lock motor failed to reach locked or unlocked position (switch did not operate after motor rotated twice during self-clean or lockout)

How to Fix
- 1
Press the Lower Clear/Off button and hold for 3 seconds to attempt to unlock the door; if the door opens, proceed with diagnostics.
- 2
Unplug the unit.
- 3
Check all connectors: between Main PCB and Relay PCB (CN51); CN52 and CN53 on Relay PCB; wiring to locking motor and micro switch; CN60 and CN61 on Main PCB — reconnect any loose connectors or replace defective harnesses.
- 4
Test door lock motor operation by checking if it rotates during self-clean start.
- 5
Measure resistance of door lock micro switch (normally open type): in open position should show continuity; in locked position should show infinite resistance — replace switch if abnormal.
- 6
Measure resistance of door lock motor (use R×1000 scale, test after cooling) — normal is approximately 2.6 kΩ ±10%; replace motor if infinite (open) or below 5 Ω (shorted).
- 7
If motor and switch are normal, replace the Relay PCB.
- 8
If replacing the Relay PCB does not resolve the issue, replace the Main PCB.
