How to Fix
- 1
Unplug the unit.
- 2
Check all connectors: between Main PCB and Relay PCB (CN51); electric wiring of Relay PCB all taps; electric wiring of electric elements — reconnect any loose or disconnected connectors; replace defective harnesses.
- 3
Measure resistance of each lower oven heater: Conv. Heater approximately 23 Ω; Lower Broil approximately 14.7 Ω — replace any heater outside these values.
- 4
Plug the unit in and verify thermistor value in test mode (t3) reads between 70°F and 90°F at room temperature.
- 5
If thermistor value is abnormal, unplug unit and check thermistor resistance at CN61 pins 5 and 6 of Main PCB — normal is approximately 1.09 kΩ at 75°F (25°C). Replace sensor if defective.
- 6
If thermistor resistance is normal but test mode shows abnormal value, replace the Relay PCB.
- 7
If replacing the Relay PCB does not resolve the issue, replace the Main PCB.
