Communication error between main MICOM and display MICOM
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: E CO
How to Fix
- 1
Check hinge wiring harness connection between main body and door; reconnect if loose.
- 2
Measure voltage at CON101 1st Pin to 2nd Pin; expected 12V. If not 12V, check hinge connection; if hinge is good, replace Main PCB.
- 3
Measure voltage at CON101 5th Pin to 2nd Pin; expected 12V. If not 12V, check hinge connection; if hinge is good, replace Main PCB.
- 4
Measure voltage at CON101 3rd Pin to 2nd Pin; expected active signal (not fixed 0 or 5V). If fixed, replace Display PCB.
- 5
Measure voltage at CON101 4th Pin to 2nd Pin; expected active signal (not fixed 0 or 5V). If fixed, replace Main PCB.
- 6
Measure voltage at CON5 4th Pin to 3rd Pin; expected active signal (not fixed 0 or 5V). If fixed at 0 or 5V, replace Display PCB.
- 7
Measure voltage at CON5 5th Pin to 3rd Pin; expected active signal (not fixed 0 or 5V). If fixed, replace Main PCB.
- 8
If all voltages check out, explain normal operation to customer.
