How to Fix

Check connector between Main PCB and ice maker sensor for looseness or disconnection.

Reconnect or repair if loose.

Measure sensor resistance. Compare to the freezer/icing sensor table: -4°F/-20°C=22.33k, 23°F/-5°C=10.10k, 32°F/0°C=7.88k.

If 0 ohm (short) or open, replace the sensor.
- 5
If resistance is out of range for ambient temperature, replace sensor.
- 6
If resistance is normal, enter test mode and check ice maker motor operation.
