Abnormal Freezer Fan Motor — Connection line of fan motor is fault, short, or open. Fault displayed when operating fan motor for 65 seconds without output signal.

How to Fix

Step 1: Reset the unit and enter Test Mode 1 (push test button once).

Step 2: Open the freezer door and check the airflow. If no airflow/windy feeling, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Check fan motor physically — rotate fan blade by hand. If it feels sticky/stiff, change the fan motor.

Step 4: Check fan motor power voltage at CON8 13th~16th pin. Expected: 10~12 VDC. If not, replace Main PCB.

Step 5: Check fan PWM voltage at CON8 13th~15th pin. Expected: 2~4.5 VDC. If not, replace Main PCB.

Step 6: Check fan feedback voltage at CON8 13th~14th pin. Expected: Not 0V or 5V (should be pulsing). If feedback is 0V or 5V (not pulsing), change the fan motor.

Step 7: If all voltages are correct and fan rotates freely, explain to customer.

Abnormal Ambient (Room) Temperature Sensor Error — Room temperature sensor short or open.
