How to Fix

Step 1: Check if connector is disconnected or loose between Main PCB and sensor.

Step 2: If connector is loose, reconnect or repair the connector.

Step 3: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is 0 ohm (sensor short), change the sensor.

Step 4: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is OFF (sensor open), replace the refrigerator (main PCB).

Step 5: Check sensor resistance against the temperature table (CON4 15th~16th pin). If values are normal, explain to customer.
