How to Fix

Step 1: Check if connector is disconnected or loose between Main PCB and sensor.

Step 2: If connector is loose, reconnect or repair the connector.

Step 3: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is 0 ohm (sensor short), change the sensor.

Step 4: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is OFF (sensor open), replace the refrigerator main PCB.

Step 5: Verify resistance at CON4 21st~22nd pin against temperature table. If normal, explain to customer.

Abnormal Ambient (Room) Temperature Sensor Error — Room temperature sensor short or open.
