Water Inlet Error

Moderate

Address soon - your appliance may not work properly

What This Means

Correct water level (24.6 kHz) not reached within 8 minutes after water is supplied; Water level does not reach preset level within 20 minutes; Air chamber or tube clogged; Filter inlet valve clogged with foreign material; Inlet valve connectors broken or loose; Inlet valve resistance out of range (should be 0.8-1.2 kOhm); Connector at MAIN PWB (NA2, NA4, BL3) disconnected; Main harness open circuit; Pressure switch defective

How to Fix

  1. 1

Confirm IE is displayed on the screen

  2. 2

Press WASH/RINSE and DELAY WASH simultaneously to check water level frequency. If below 24.6 kHz, check the AIR CHAMBER and tube for clogs

  3. 3

If frequency is above 24.6 kHz, check if filter inlet valve is clogged. Clean or replace filter if clogged

  4. 4

Check if inlet valve connectors are broken or loose. Reconnect or repair connector if so

  5. 5

Measure resistance across each terminal of INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY (should be 0.8-1.2 kOhm). Replace INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY if out of range

  6. 6

Check if inlet valve connector voltage is 120 VDC while power is on. If yes, replace INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY

  7. 7

Check if connector to MAIN PWB (NA2, NA4, BL3) is disconnected or disassembled. Reconnect if so

  8. 8

Check electrical connections per wiring diagram (page 41). If incorrect, replace MAIN HARNESS

  9. 9

After correcting connector, check if water level frequency remains below 24.6 kHz. If yes, check PRESSURE SWITCH

  10. 10

If all above pass, replace MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY

  11. 11

Installation safety checklist: verify no water tap leakage, no freeze, no hose entanglement, no water shortage, no hose shrinkage, no hose leakage
