What This Means
Drain pump connector disconnected; Drain hose kinked, clogged, or frozen; Air chamber or pressure tube clogged (water level frequency below 26.0 kHz in SVC mode); Drain pump coil resistance out of range; Drain pump motor not receiving correct voltage; PCBA fault
How to Fix

Reconnect or repair the connector at pump motor assembly

If coil resistance is out of 10-20 Ohm range, replace the drain pump assembly

If voltage at WH6 Pin 1 is out of range, replace the main PCB assembly
- 4
Replace harness if wiring is damaged
- 5
Ensure drain hose end is positioned 39 inches above floor; do not insert more than 12 inches into standpipe
- 6
Clear any blockage in pump, hose, or air chamber
