What This Means
Water supply valve under sink is closed; Water supply has been cut off; Foreign material in water supply line or inlet valve filter; Inlet valve terminal disconnected; Inlet valve coil defective; Flow meter defective; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
The water supply valve under the sink is turned off or the inlet filter is clogged

Check that the water supply valve under your kitchen sink is fully open

How to Fix

1. Check that the water faucet/valve is open

2. Check if water supply has been cut off
- 3
3. Check for foreign material in water supply line and inlet valve filter — clean with a brush
- 4
4. Check and reconnect inlet valve connector
- 5
5. Measure inlet valve coil resistance (disconnect first) — normal: approximately 1.2 kΩ
- 6
6. Check inlet valve operation — measure 120V at inlet valve relay while operating
- 7
7. For DW80J3020: check voltage between yellow wire of CN101 and brown wire of CN202 — normal: 120V while operating
- 8
8. If water supply stops after 5 seconds: replace Assy Case Brake (flow meter)

9. If water supply stops after 1-5 minutes: check water supply valve and increase water pressure
- 10
10. If water supply continues until floater reaches high level: replace Assy Case Sensor (water level sensor)
