What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out — common on older dishwashers
First Thing to Check
Check if your dishes feel cold after a cycle — if so, the heater has failed

How to Fix

1. Check and reconnect the heater connectors

2. Measure heater resistance between both ends — normal: approximately 13.5Ω
- 3
3. Check heater relay connections on Main PBA
- 4
4. Check voltage between Main PBA T101 and T102 connectors — normal: 120V while operating
- 5
5. If heater tests normal, replace Main PBA
