Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check and reconnect the thermistor (or Assy Sensor ECS) connector
- 2
2. Measure voltage between both ends of the thermistor — normal range: 0.2V to 4.5V
- 3
3. Measure resistance between both ends of thermistor (disconnect first). Reference: at 25°C (77°F) = 49.12 kΩ, at 50°C (122°F) = 17.6 kΩ
- 4
4. For DW80F800/DW80F600: measure voltage between pins 2 and 4 on the connector with power on
- 5
5. If thermistor tests normal, replace Main PBA
