What This Means
Touch button is out of order; An object is on the touch button; Main PBA or Sub PBA is out of order
What actually causes this:
Something is resting on the control panel, or moisture from steam got into the buttons
First Thing to Check
Make sure nothing is resting on or leaning against the control buttons — wipe the panel dry with a cloth

How to Fix

1. Check whether any object is resting on the touch control panel

2. Remove any objects and wipe the control panel dry
- 3
3. Check whether there is condensation on the control panel connectors
- 4
4. If condensation found, remove all moisture and dry thoroughly
- 5
5. If no objects and no moisture, replace the control panel assembly (Sub PBA)
- 6
6. If Sub PBA replacement does not fix the issue, replace Main PBA
