What This Means
Water supply pressure is too low; Water supply valve under the sink is closed; Aqua stop device is malfunctioning; Case brake fails to detect pulses from the flow meter; Water inlet valve connector disconnected; Water inlet valve coil defective; Flow meter defective; Foreign material in water supply line or inlet valve filter; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
The water supply valve under the sink is turned off, water pressure is too low, or the inlet filter is clogged with debris

Check that the water supply valve under your kitchen sink is fully open

1. Check that the water faucet/valve is open

2. Check if water supply has been cut off

3. Check for foreign material in the water supply line and inlet valve filter — clean with a brush

4. Check aqua stop device operation

5. Check and reconnect inlet valve connector

6. If water valve is working normally and water is not in the tub, check the flow meter

7. If water is in tub, check the drain pump and pressure switch
- 8
8. If all components test normal, replace Main PBA
