What This Means
Synchronous motor is defective; Location detection in the cam is incorrect; Motor connector disconnected; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
The motor that directs water flow to different spray arms has gotten stuck or lost its position
First Thing to Check
Try running a different cycle — if all cycles have poor cleaning on one rack, the distributor motor needs service

2. Check synchronous motor operation — verify it reaches target position

3. Inspect the cam for mechanical damage or misalignment

4. If motor and cam are normal, replace Main PBA
