What This Means
Case brake fails to detect the pulse; Water valve is out of order and not closing properly; Water leaking back into tub from drain; Overflow sensor defective; Main PBA defect
What actually causes this:
The water inlet valve is not closing properly, allowing water to slowly leak in between cycles
First Thing to Check
Turn off the dishwasher and the water supply valve under the sink, then check for standing water in the tub

How to Fix

1. Check and reconnect overflow sensor connector

2. Check if water valve operates normally — see 4C water supply check

3. Check if small amounts of water are supplied when water valve should be off — if so, remove foreign material from valve or replace it

4. Check for water on top of the case brake sensor — clean if present
- 5
5. If all components test normal, replace Main PBA
