What This Means
BLDC motor fault; Incorrect connections of the BLDC motor; Inverter PBA fault; Overloading due to too much laundry (3C1); Motor damage; Motor belt connection problem
What actually causes this:
The drum belt may have broken or come off, something is jamming the drum, or the motor itself has failed.
First Thing to Check
Open the door and try to spin the drum by hand — it should rotate freely with slight resistance.

2. Check whether there is the motor power cable and power connector or not in Inverter PBA
- 3
3. For 3C1: Check if overloading occurs due to too much laundry

4. Check whether the motor is damaged or not

5. Check whether motor belt connection has a problem or not
- 6
6. If the Inverter PBA is faulty, replace the PBA
