What This Means
Compressor overheating due to restricted airflow; Thermistor 2 resistance out of range; Condenser clogged or dirty; Compressor malfunction
What actually causes this:
Most often caused by a clogged exhaust vent that traps hot air inside the dryer, or the heating element has burned out.
First Thing to Check
Check your exhaust vent — disconnect it from the back of the dryer and look for lint buildup inside.
