What This Means
Motor winding failure (open or shorted); PBA (control board) malfunction; Wire harness damage between motor and PBA; Motor centrifugal switch failure
What actually causes this:
The drum belt may have broken or come off, something is jamming the drum, or the motor itself has failed.
First Thing to Check
Open the door and try to spin the drum by hand — it should rotate freely with slight resistance.

1. Check the motor windings: Pin #3-4 should read 2.88 Ohm, Pin #4-5 should read 3.5 Ohm

2. Inspect wire harness between motor and PBA for damage

5. Replace motor or PBA as needed based on findings
