Door wasn't closed firmly, or the door switch has gone bad from normal wear.

2. Inspect the door sensor unit for loose connections

3. Test door switch: Door open (Off) - Terminal COM-NC (1-3) should be < 1 ohm, COM-NO (1-2) should be infinity

4. Test door switch: Door closed (On) - Terminal COM-NC (1-3) should be infinity, COM-NO (1-2) should be < 1 ohm

5. Check if the door sensor unit is shorted
