What This Means

What actually causes this:
The switch that detects whether the door is open or closed has worn out or its connection came loose.
First Thing to Check
Open the door, check for anything stuck in the door latch area, then close it firmly and try again.

1. Inspect the door sensor unit for loose or damaged connections

2. Test door switch: Door open (Off) - Terminal COM-NC (1-3) should be < 1 ohm, COM-NO (1-2) should be infinity

3. Test door switch: Door closed (On) - Terminal COM-NC (1-3) should be infinity, COM-NO (1-2) should be < 1 ohm

4. Check wiring harness between door switch and PCB for damage

5. If switch readings are inconsistent with expected values, replace door switch
