What actually causes this:
Fan motor jammed, missing or broken fan blade, disconnected wiring

Operate in Broil mode and listen/observe fan rotation for 10 minutes

Reset error by disconnecting power or pressing OFF key

Operate oven in Broil mode and observe cooling fan rotation

Check fan rotation for 10 minutes

Measure voltage at cooling fan connector (white-yellow: AC 120V)

Check harness at CNP200 & CNP201 pins 1 and 9
