Faulty oven sensor reading; Defective broil heater; Defective bake heater; Defective convection heater; Faulty relay on sub PCB; Oven sensor wire disconnection; Damaged main PCB

What actually causes this:

Sensor malfunction, stuck relay, or PCB control circuit failure

First Thing to Check

Measure oven sensor resistance and verify relay operation

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and main PCB

  2. 2

    Check the DLB, Bake and Broil relay (normal: ∞Ω)

  3. 3

    Check main PCB for visible damage

  4. 4

    Measure oven sensor resistance (1080Ω at room temperature)

  5. 5

    Check connection condition of oven sensor wire harness

  6. 6

    Check connector and harness connected to main PCB at CN320

  7. 7

    Verify all heater resistances
