Error Code C-d1
Door lock mechanism failure
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: C-d1
What This Means
Loose harness connection at door lock switch or motor; Defective door lock motor; Faulty door locking switch; Broken door lock mechanism; Defective main PCB control circuit
What actually causes this:
Loose connection, failed motor, faulty switch, or PCB control failure
First Thing to Check
Check door lock motor resistance (should be 1600-2200Ω) and verify connector CN300 is seated
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power
- 2
Check whether harness has been connected with door lock switch and motor
- 3
Confirm whether resistance value of door lock motor is normal (1600-2200Ω at room temperature)
- 4
With operating door lockout, measure voltage of connector on harness linked with door lock motor (normal: AC 120V)
- 5
Check whether door locking switch is working normally (micro switch COM-NC)
- 6
Verify connector CN300 is properly seated on Wall main PCB
