What This Means

Loose harness connection at door lock switch or motor; Defective door lock motor; Faulty door locking switch; Broken door lock mechanism; Defective main PCB control circuit

What actually causes this:

Loose connection, failed motor, faulty switch, or PCB control failure

First Thing to Check

Check door lock motor resistance (should be 1600-2200Ω) and verify connector CN300 is seated

How to Fix

    Disconnect power

  2. 2

    Check whether harness has been connected with door lock switch and motor

  3. 3

    Confirm whether resistance value of door lock motor is normal (1600-2200Ω at room temperature)

  4. 4

    With operating door lockout, measure voltage of connector on harness linked with door lock motor (normal: AC 120V)

  5. 5

    Check whether door locking switch is working normally (micro switch COM-NC)

  6. 6

    Verify connector CN300 is properly seated on Wall main PCB
