What This Means

Temperature sensor malfunction; Heater relay stuck on; PCB heating control failure; Damaged heater circuit

What actually causes this:

Defective temperature sensor, failed heater relay, or PCB malfunction allowing uncontrolled heating

Measure oven temperature sensor resistance

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and open back cover

  2. 2

    Check oven temperature sensor resistance (1080 ohms at room temperature)

  3. 3

    Check broil, bake and convection heaters for proper resistance

  4. 4

    Check relays RY202 and RY203 on Main PCB

  5. 5

    Check CN320 connector connections on Main PCB
