What This Means

Ribbon cable from touch panel not connected to Sub PCB; Connector on Sub PCB not inserted; Defective Sub PCB or main PCB; Damaged ribbon cable

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power

  2. 2

    Unplug connector on Sub PCB

  3. 3

    Check if ribbon cable from touch panel is connected normally into Sub PCB (CN701)

  4. 4

    Repair damaged wire or replace cable

  5. 5

    Replace Sub PCB if no issue detected

  6. 6

    Replace control PCB if problem persists
