Safety error - Oven sensor malfunction or circuit issue

What This Means

Faulty oven sensor; Damaged main PCB pattern; Wrong component contact; Damaged sub PCB pattern; Loose or disconnected sensor harness; Faulty relay (DLB, Bake, Broil, Convection); Loose connector connection at CN301

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and sub PCB

  2. 2

    Check DLB, Bake, Broil, Convection relay (Normal: Ω)

  3. 3

    Check for damaged parts of sub PCB pattern

  4. 4

    Measure oven sensor resistance (should be 1080Ω at room temperature)

  5. 5

    Check connecting condition of harness related with oven sensor

  6. 6

    Check connector and harness connected to main PCB

  7. 7

    Verify harness connection at CN301 of main PCB

  8. 8

    Replace oven sensor if defective

  9. 9

    Replace or repair harness if damaged

  10. 10

    If all else checks good, replace sub and main PCB
