What This Means

Keypad cable not properly inserted into main PCB connector; Short circuit between main PCB connector and keypad cable; Defective membrane keypad; Damaged PCB pattern

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check if cable of keypad has been properly inserted into connector of main PCB (CNP210)

  2. 2

    Check for short circuit between main PCB and connector or between keypad and cable

  3. 3

    Measure for continuity between connector pins on main PCB

  4. 4

    If no problem with connector on main PCB and keypad cable, replace main PCB

  5. 5

    Repair PCB pattern if damaged
