Error Code C-20

Oven sensor is open when the oven is operating

What This Means

Connector at Main PCB not inserted; Connector at sensor not inserted; Faulty temperature sensor; Damaged or open oven sensor wire harness; Damaged Main PCB

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check whether connector at Main PCB has been inserted

  2. 2

    Check whether connector at sensor has been inserted

  3. 3

    Disconnect power and measure sensor resistance (normal: 1080 ohms at room temperature)

  4. 4

    Check connector condition of wire harness (oven sensor connector and CN320 of main PCB)

  5. 5

    Measure resistance of connector CN320 at Main PCB (Open: infinite ohms, Short: under 10 ohms)

  6. 6

    Reconnect or repair damaged harness

  7. 7

    If connectors at Main PCB and sensor are inserted correctly, replace temperature sensor

  8. 8

    Make sure circuit board, soldered joints or related parts on Main PCB have not been damaged

  9. 9

    If problem still not solved, replace the Main PCB
