Door locking error — door lock is in the wrong position after 1 minute

What This Means

Motorized door lock assembly malfunction; Faulty door locking switch; Disconnected or damaged harness to door lock motor; Defective PCB relay

How to Fix

   Disconnect electrical power to the range

2. 2

   Remove the upper rear cover panel

3. 3

   Verify the wiring harness is properly connected to the motorized door lock assembly

4. 4

   Check motorized door lock assembly for proper operating resistance (1750-1850 ohms)

5. 5

   Measure the voltage of connector on harness linked with door lock motor - normal is AC 120V

6. 6

   Check the door locking switch to ensure proper operation

7. 7

   Test if proper voltage is being supplied to lock motor during lock operation

8. 8

   Replace faulty door lock switch or motor if necessary

9. 9

   Replace PCB if connector issues are found
