Error Code C-20
Oven sensor opened (over 2950 ohm) or oven sensor shorted (under 930 ohm)
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Failed oven temperature sensor; Damaged terminal or wire on harness between sensor and CN301 on Main PCB; Open or shorted sensor circuit
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power and open the back cover
- 2
Disconnect sensor harness from control board
- 3
Measure sensor resistance: should be 1080 ohm at room temperature
- 4
If resistance is out of range, replace oven sensor
- 5
Check for damaged terminal or wire on harness
- 6
Check resistance of oven sensor connector on Main PCB at CN301 (normal: 2850 ohm)
- 7
Repair damaged harness or replace Main PCB if harness is OK
