What This Means
Harness disconnected from door lock switch or door lock motor; Failed door lock motor coil out of spec; Door lock switch malfunction
How to Fix

Disconnect power and open back cover
- 2
Check harness connection to door lock switch and motor
- 3
Measure resistance of door lock motor coil: normal 1750-1850 ohm at room temperature
- 4
With door lockout active, measure voltage at door lock motor connector: should be AC 120V
- 5
Check door lock micro switch operation COM-NO: normal infinite ohm at room temperature
- 6
Verify harness is correctly connected to CNS300 on Main PCB
- 7
Repair damaged harness, or replace micro switch or door lock motor
- 8
Replace Main PCB if no fault found in motor, switch, or harness
