Communication error — Main PCB to Touch panel or Display PCB communication failure

What This Means

PCB firmware version mismatch; Wire harness disconnected between Main PCB and Touch panel; Defective main PCB or display PCB

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check program versions: Main must be 1205, Touch must be 03.

  2. 2

    If versions are not correct: replace the PCB.

  3. 3

    If versions are correct, check if wire harness is disconnected.

  4. 4

    Harness connections: Main PCB connector CN470, SUB connector CN450.

  5. 5

    If harness is disconnected: connect wire harness completely and perform operation again.

  6. 6

    If harness is connected but error persists: replace the PCB.
